Videoscreening – In Transit

11 March 19.00 – 21.00

• Admission- Free

During the 24H Ost, Corridor Project Space will be open with a special event titled “In Transit” together with the artists of the ongoing exhibition. Both artist, Fraser Stewart and Özgür Demirci will present a selection of videos by other women artists: Deniz Üster, Hacer Kıroğlu, Lara Ögel, Irma Oldenburg and Avi Krispen. The theme of screening will be as in title “In Transit”, regarding to the idea of moving the self, others and objects in space. By relating to movement, transportation and the work of others, the artists will reveal the intentions behind their selection while being available for questions and curiosities about their own work.

The Corridor Project Space crew will provide a cozy screening area together with home-made soup and börek. The audience will have a chance to view the current exhibition after opening-hours and to have an insight to the artists’s reasoning, inspirations and motivations. Corridor PS intends to be a point of connection between international artists with presenting duo exhibitions and be an open space for sharing, cultural exchange and active conversation.
